The 19th Heads of State and Government Summit of the Group of 20 (G20) will take place in November 2024 in Rio de Janeiro, marking Brazil's first term as the G20 rotating presidency as South America’s largest economy.

Ana Cristina Carvalho, Chair of the Tourism Association at Federation Chambers of Foreign Trade (FCCE) of Brazil, shared in an interview with China News Network that this year, which marks the 50th anniversary of Brazil-China diplomatic ties, has seen significant progress in bilateral relations. In particular, enhanced diplomatic relations have made travel between the two countries more accessible.

Ana further noted that this year’s G20 in Rio offers a comprehensive platform for participants to discuss topics such as health, education, and urban quality of life. 广州地区旅游景区协会联合增城区文化广电旅游体育局、从化区文化广电旅游体育局发布了“引领区十大精品旅游线路”“引领区广州百大打卡点”。其中，“引领区十大精品旅游线路”串联起广州市从化区、增城区及惠州市博罗县、龙门县热门旅游目的地，满足游客多层次、个性化、品质化的旅游需求；“引领区广州百大打卡点”分为十大板块，包括乡村酒店、特色民宿、岭南文化、康养度假、赏花摘果、户外露营、餐饮美食、景区乐园、研学旅行、红色足迹，打卡场景遍布广州市从化区温泉镇、良口镇、太平镇、江埔街、街口街，增城区派潭镇、正果镇、荔城街、小楼镇、朱村街、增江街。

据悉，广州市从化区将推出从化温泉文化旅游节、流溪梅花节、红叶观赏节、吕田美食节、锦洞桃花节等多项活动，其中从化温泉文化旅游节将持续至2025年3月31日；广州市增城区将推出2025粤港澳大湾区女子半程马拉松、“徒步运动到增城”等多项活动，其中2025粤港澳大湾区女子半程马拉松是全国规模最大的女子半程马拉松赛，将于2025年1月1日在增城鸣枪起跑。(完)
